Accepting an offer and/or placing an order implies that you accept the applicability of these general terms and conditions. Article 2: Offers and Agreements
All our offers are non-binding and only become binding after we confirm the order via email. thepropcentral.com explicitly reserves the right to change prices if deemed necessary based on (legal) regulations. thepropcentral.com is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery. If an order is not accepted, thepropcentral.com will notify you within 3 days of receiving the order.
Article 3: Prices and Payments
The prices listed for the offered products are in Dollars, excluding Taxes and excluding shipping costs. Payments are made: – upon collection of the products or; – after receipt of our invoice.
Article 4: Retention of Title
Ownership and risk of the delivered product transfer after the order has been collected or delivered and payment has been made.
Article 5: Orders / Communication
Thepropcentral.com is not liable for misunderstandings, mutilations, delays, or improper transmission of orders and communications resulting from the use of the internet or any other means of communication between you and thepropcentral.com, or between thepropcentral.com and third parties, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of thepropcentral.com.
Article 6: Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, thepropcentral.com has the right, at its discretion, to suspend the execution of the order or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, without being liable for any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness. Force majeure is understood to mean any failure that cannot be attributed to thepropcentral.com because it is not due to its fault and is not for its account under the law, legal act, or generally accepted practice.
